What do you specialize in?

We specialize in accruing and using points to travel the world for a fraction of the cost. We help people learn how to safely open & use credit cards to go on once in a lifetime vacations! We do all of this without hurting your credit score (we’ve actually been known to help people’s credit scores!), but we must always disclose that while we know a lot about credit scores and finances, we are not financial advisors.

What does an award booking cost?

We offer various types of award booking services. To book a one way or roundtrip award booking, the cost is $200 for the first person and $150 for each additional traveler.

For Around the World or more complex bookings, our cost varies. Please email us for further price information at [email protected].

Do I have to pay a fee upfront? 

Yes, we require a non-refundable $50 award search fee before we begin the award search. The fee should be paid immediately following your form submission on our “Award Booking” tab. Please note: The $50 will be used towards your booking (i.e. if booking for one person, your final invoice will be for $150, since you already paid $50 up front). One award search (location/date ranges) per $50 booking deposit. 

Will you refund me if you cannot find award space?

We do not charge our booking fee (minus the $50 award search fee) until we have found award space that meets your needs, thus no refund should be needed. In the unlikely event we cannot find award space, the $50 award search fee will not be refunded.

Do you book cash fares?

We do not, however we would highly recommend that you join Ashley’s Premium Deal Alerts if you’re trying to book amazing cash fares! Use this link to sign up for her yearly membership. 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, of course! We want you to get those points. 

Are airline taxes & surcharges included in the booking cost?

No, you will have to pay those on top of our award booking deposit and fee.
