Award Booking Request
How does your service work?
If you book a regular one-way or roundtrip award booking, we will reach out to you via email to ask any additional questions we may have regarding your trip. We will then send you 1-3 options (dependent on location and what we can find) that you can book. Once you decide what flight path you want to book, we will then send you a step-by-step guide on how to book your exact trip.
Please note: we do not book these flights for you. We will guide you through the booking process via email and you will book the flights on your end. There are no exceptions to this policy.
For RTW bookings: we will jump on a 30-minute phone consultation and discuss this type of booking at length. We do not book RTW business class for 2+ people as availability is not possible. For families that are 2+, please know that economy is the only way this type of ticket can be booked.
What should I include in the “message” section below?
Great question! Please add the following information so that we can begin your award search:
1. What type of award booking are you looking for (RTW booking or round-trip award booking)?
2. Where are you traveling from and where do you want to travel to?
3. When do you want to leave and when do you want to return?
4. Are you open to repositioning? If yes, where are you willing to reposition?
5. How many people are traveling with you?
6. How many points do you have and please specify which currency (ie. AMEX, Chase, Capital One, Citi, etc)?
7. What class of service do you want to fly? Business, premium economy, economy?

If booking a RTW booking: please also provide 2-3 dates/times in which you are available, plus your timezone. All RTW bookings start with an initial 30-minute call as this is a very complex booking.
Pricing
Round-trip award booking: $200 per person aged 2+ years
($100/person non-refundable award search fee required prior to consult).
Around the World Award Booking: $500 per person, including lap infants.
($250/person non-refundable award search fee required prior to consult).
Payment Method
Your non-refundable award search fee must be paid before the initial consult. You can pay the fee at this link.
We will start the search once this fee has been paid.

Please answer the questions above so that we have all the information we need for your trip. We typically begin searching for a trip within 24-48hrs from receiving this form. The more information you provide, the easier it will be for us to begin the search! Info to include:
1. Points bank (Amex, Citi, Capital One, Chase, any other currency?)
2. Preferred Departure Airport
3. Preferred Destination Airport
4. Trip dates and duration of trip?
5. Number of people traveling?
6. Class of service (economy, premium economy, business or first?)
7. Any other important information to consider.
