What do you specialize in?

We specialize in one-way, round-trip, and ANA Around the World (RTW) points bookings. We’ve successfully booked 100’s of flights for clients over the past few years.

Are you travel agents?

No, we are not travel agents. We are award travel consultants. This means we help you use your points to book flights for you. You will book all flights on your end through our step-by-step videos once we’ve found flights that you want to book. Under no circumstances will we log into your bank accounts, travel accounts, or other loyalty accounts to book travel for you. This is for your safety and ours!

Do you also book hotels with points?

No, we do not. Our fees only cover the cost of our flight award booking service. We do not book or search for hotels through our service. 

I can’t be flexible with my dates of travel, should I still hire you?

This is totally up to you! The more flexibility you provide us, the better chance we have at finding something incredible. If you want us to try, you can pay the non-refundable search fee and if we aren’t able to find anything you are only out $50/person or $100/person. 

Do I have to pay a fee upfront? 

Yes, we require a non-refundable $50/person award search fee before we begin the award search on a round-trip booking. We require a $100/person non-refundable award search fee for RTW bookings. The fee should be paid immediately following your form submission on our “Award Booking Request” tab. We offer one award search (location/date ranges) per $50 booking deposit.

What does an award booking cost?

One-Way award booking is $100/person aged 2+.
Round-trip award booking is $200 for the first person and $150 for each additional traveler aged 2+.
Around the World (RTW) or multi-segment bookings are $500/person, including lap infants.

Will you refund me if you cannot find award space?

We do not charge our booking fee (minus the $50/person or $100/person non-refundable award search fee) until we have found award space that meets your needs, thus no refund should be needed. In the unlikely event we cannot find award space, the $50/person or $100/person award search fee will not be refunded.

Are airline taxes & surcharges included in the booking cost?

No, you will have to pay those on top of our award booking deposit and fee.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, of course! We want you to get those points. 

Do you book cash fares?
