Kelsi and Devan Sullivan & PointSisters shall not be liable for failure of travel service provided by the booked airline (carrier) or hotel. We do not guarantee or insure the services to be provided by any supplier, the financial position of such suppliers or the reimbursement to you from any loss experienced as a result of the financial condition of such supplier. In the event an airline defaults prior to providing the service to you for which payment has been made, the sole recourse for refund shall be with the defaulting supplier, from insurance covering such defaults if any or from other responsible third parties.
In those situations in which a supplier defaults prior to providing services you may pursue any recourse against the supplier for refund, which may be permitted by law or statute.
Except as expressly stated herein, Kelsi and Devan Sullivan and PointSisters assume no responsibility for actions relating to travel services beyond the control of Kelsi and Devan Sullivan, PointSisters or its contractors, consultants and associated business. Kelsi and Devan Sullivan, PointSisters and its associated business are not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through neglect, or default or any other act or inaction of any supplier of Travel products. Kelsi and Devan Sullivan and PointSisters shall not be liable for any change in schedule or equipment, which occurs subsequent to payment for such service.
Kelsi and Devan Sullivan and PointSisters acts as a service bureau that provides value added services to consumers for their booking of their award travel. To facilitate Kelsi and Devan Sullivan and PointSisters and its associated business to provide such value added services to and for you, you authorize Kelsi and Devan Sullivan and PointSisters and/or its associated business to contact those carriers’, and other related entities’ sites, in order to access and/or create necessary frequent flyer accounts under your name which contain data necessary or convenient to provide you your value added services as you request. Neither Kelsi and Devan Sullivan, PointSisters nor its associated business shall take any action in relation to the acquisition of any product of any nature; you retain sole authority to act or omit to act in relation to any and all acquisitions.
For avoidance of doubt, we do not issue airline tickets or sell any other travel products directly. Our fees cover our advice and consulting services, and are independent of any provider-imposed charges. We are happy to assist with transferring points or finalizing bookings as a courtesy, but if you decide to book elsewhere or choose not to complete a trip after receiving an itinerary meeting your original specifications, our consulting fee will still be invoiced. Furthermore, we cannot issue any refunds for our consulting services, even if your plans have changed or the airline modifies your planned itinerary. Depending on the operating carriers and airline programs selected for your itinerary, there may be a penalty imposed by those providers for changing or canceling your mileage tickets. We’ll gladly advise you on the most economical way to adjust your itinerary or redeposit the miles under a separate consulting fee.
When booking your chosen itinerary with the airline reward program, please take special care to ensure you have the full and correct Names, Dates of Birth, and Nationality, exactly as shown on their respective passports, for all passengers. Similarly, we recommend having the airline agent repeat all flight and passenger information back to you using the NATO phonetic alphabet. Despite these precautions, airline agents do sometimes make entry errors including improper trip dates, routings, birthdays, and names. If any of these occur, we may be able to work with the airlines on your behalf to restore your itinerary back to what was originally confirmed, but cannot accept liability for any issues associated with these types of errors. Additionally, we will not be liable for any costs beyond the fees paid.
It is your sole responsibility as the traveler to ensure that all travel documents—such as passports, visas, and vaccinations—are valid and meet entry requirements for all destinations. Kelsi and Devan Sullivan & PointSisters shall not be liable for costs or disruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Please note that a non-refundable “goodwill” search fee applies for all award booking requests. The fee will be deducted from your final invoice should you choose to book your trip with us. If not, the fee is non-refundable.
We sell no miles and advise our clients against working with any third-party agencies that broker miles or otherwise violate the terms of the respective frequent flyer program.
Kelsi and Devan Sullivan, PointSisters and all affiliates are not a travel agency, nor do we get any form of compensation from airlines. As a result, we are able to ensure that all decisions made when putting together your itinerary are based solely on your best interests.
In the event of a schedule change proposed by the airline(s), we will do our best to re-work your reservation without any additional charges. There are no guarantees the changes will be free, or that your reservation(s) will remain intact. If however, you are looking to change anything on your reservation, including, but not limited to the routing, dates of travel, airline(s), origin, or destination- you will be subject the full cost of an additional award booking. If, for any other reason you would like to change or cancel your reservation, you may be subject to additional cost, up to the cost of a new, additional award booking; that is in addition to the fees imposed by the airlines themselves. While we will do our best to resolve any and all situations, and have your miles/points redeposited when needed, this may not always be possible and may come with additional airline-imposed fees. Please note that in some cases, it will not be possible to have your miles and/or points redeposited or have changes made at all.
Kelsi and Devan Sullivan, PointSisters, and their affiliates take no responsibility for tickets that are canceled, changed or otherwise tampered-with by the operating or issuing airlines. While we will do our best to fix any issues imposed by the airlines, we make no guarantees in any way that we can re-book what may have been changed. As a result, we make no “booking guarantees” and can never and will never make any promise/guarantee regarding flights booked. While most itineraries booked remain intact from the time of booking through to the departure of the flights, situations may arise which result in changes or even cancelations, which come from the issuing or operating carriers. If such an event occurs, we try to work with you to fix the problem, but we make no guarantees.
For ANA RTW bookings, all of the above applies, plus the following:
ANA Round-the-World (RTW) bookings require significant flexibility. Due to the complexity and limited availability of award seats, Kelsi and Devan Sullivan & PointSisters require clients to remain open to various airline and routing options. While we strive to accommodate reasonable preferences, we cannot accept itineraries that exclude specific airlines or countries entirely. Clients unwilling to meet these requirements are not eligible for our ANA RTW services.
We do not guarantee that ANA RTW itineraries will remain intact after booking, as all bookings are subject to ANA’s rules and availability. We strongly recommend that you review ANA’s RTW policies.
Award availability is limited and highly time-sensitive. If we provide you with flight options and do not receive a response within 12 hours (including weekends and holidays), availability may no longer be guaranteed. A secondary non-refundable search fee will apply to resume the search process if availability is lost.
Once an ANA RTW itinerary is booked, any changes to the itinerary—including dates, flight times, class of service—will incur a $100 fee per change request. All changes are subject to ANA’s rules and availability.
If you choose to cancel your ANA RTW booking, you must contact ANA directly to process the cancellation. ANA will deduct 3,000 points per booking as a cancellation fee.
If you miss a flight, experience a cancellation, or would like to make an eligible change to your itinerary while traveling on your RTW itinerary, it is your responsibility to contact ANA directly to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend allowing ample time in each destination to account for schedule changes.
Kelsi and Devan Sullivan & PointSisters are not liable for:
- Airline-imposed schedule changes, cancellations, or errors.
- Costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
- Airline or supplier-imposed penalties for changes or cancellations.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us. We cannot guarantee the availability of award seats or the resolution of disruptions caused by airlines or other suppliers.
All consulting fees, including the initial non-refundable search fee, are non-refundable. This includes cases where clients change their travel plans or if airlines modify booked itineraries.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents—such as passports, visas, and vaccinations—are valid and meet entry requirements for all destinations. We are not liable for costs or disruptions resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation
Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments will incur a $75 fee and may be sent to collections if unpaid after 90 days.
